Agreement

By using GEBETA (website, apps, and partner tools) you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Our role

GEBETA connects customers with restaurants, market merchants, delivery riders, and service professionals. Merchants and riders are responsible for the goods and services they provide.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the platform or violate law.

Orders & payments

Prices, fees, and delivery estimates are shown before you confirm. Payment is processed by our payment partners. Refunds follow the restaurant/merchant policy and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data without permission, or place fraudulent orders.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Ethiopian law, GEBETA is not liable for merchant food quality, delivery delays caused by third parties, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive by law.
