What we collect

Account details (name, phone, email), delivery addresses, order history, device/browser data, approximate location when you allow it, and payment references from our processors (we do not store full card numbers).

How we use data

To fulfill orders, dispatch riders, prevent fraud, improve the product, send transactional messages, and meet legal/tax obligations (including e-invoicing where required).

Sharing

We share necessary order details with the restaurant/merchant and assigned rider. Payment data goes to licensed processors. We do not sell personal data.

Retention & security

We keep data as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax, and dispute purposes. We use HTTPS, access controls, and least-privilege admin roles.

Your choices

You may update profile data in your account, request correction or deletion where law allows, and contact us at support@gebeta.et.

We use session and CSRF cookies required to run the site securely. On HTTPS these cookies are marked Secure and HttpOnly.
